Oooh, the evenings are fun to watch! So many people pour in to watch the movies, and the theater is thronging! I just love watching al of the lovely people who are on their way in to see our shows. Everybody in the 7:00 round's crowd is gorgeous.
Now that they're all seated, it's time to look forward to the final round of the evening, and we're starting that off at 9:30 with a triple-play of powerful movies including Encarnacion and Island Etude. The crowning jewel is Iron Ladies of Liberia, which will have a Filmmaker Q&A featuring Liberian director Siatta Scott Johnson, who's flown in especially for the event, and composer Gunnard Doboze, a CSU alumnus!
At 9:45, we'll show the always-popular 10% Shorts Program #2 and Chaos, a riveting tale about love, obsession, and political corruption. And we'll finish the round -- and the night -- out with the 10:00 screening of the inspiring One Man in the Band, which is well worth any music enthusiast's time.
I'll be back soon with more updates and information about tomorrow morning. The weekend is almost here!
