Tickets can be purchased on-site at The Film Festival Store in the lobby of Tower City Cinemas or call 1-866-865-FILM. Tickets go on sale for CFS Members on February 15, 2008 at 10:00 AM and to the general public on February 22, 2008 at 10:00 AM. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. STAND BY Information: On occasion, certain films are temporarily put on STAND BY while we adjust theater capacity. So please continue to visit our website for STAND BY changes and updates. If the film you'd like to see is on STAND BY, you may still be able to get a seat by following these 3 steps. 1) Buy a STAND BY ticket at the Baker Hostetler STAND BY Lounge (located on the Walkway to Gateway, before the entrance to Tower City Cinemas). STAND BY tickets are on sale ONE HOUR BEFORE the film's show time; however, lines to buy STAND BY tickets sometimes form earlier. Tickets are sold in numerical order. Only cash or 32nd CIFF vouchers are accepted. 2) Then rest easy until 10 MINUTES BEFORE SHOWTIME – 10 MINUTES BEFORE SHOWTIME return to the Baker Hostetler STAND BY Lounge where ticket holders are admitted in numerical order until the screening is sold out. 3) Enjoy the show! If you are not admitted, you will receive a full refund at the Baker Hostetler STAND BY Lounge. If you bought your STAND BY ticket with a voucher, you will receive a voucher as your refund; if you paid cash, you'll receive a cash refund. Location and Driving Directions: The Cleveland International Film Festival takes place at Tower City Center in the heart of downtown Cleveland with easy access from any location. Click here for maps and directions. From the East Shoreway West to W. 3rd Street exit. West (right) on St. Clair Avenue. South (left) on W. 9th Street. Continue south on Huron Road OR I-90 West to Prospect Avenue, Exit 173A. West (right) on Prospect Avenue. West (left) on Huron Road. Continue West on Huron Road. From the South I-71 North to Ontario Avenue, Exit 171B. Continue North on Ontario Avenue. West (left) on Huron Road. OR I-77 North to E. 9th Street, Exit 163C. North (right) on Ontario Avenue. West (left) on Huron Road. From the West Shoreway East to Lakeside Avenue exit. South (right) on W. 6th Street. West (right) on St. Clair Avenue. South (left) on W. 9th Street. Continue south on Huron Road. Parking and Transportation: Parking at the Tower City Center self-parking garage and lot is FREE (when available) for CIFF patrons. This parking area is accessible from Huron Road. Patrons must have their parking ticket validated in the Tower City Cinemas lobby. Complimentary valet parking is available only to CFS members at the Movie Mogul and Executive Producer levels. Valet parking is located off Prospect Ave. between Ontario and W. 3rd Street. Riverview parking is another free option for CIFF Patrons with a validated parking ticket. Visit www.towercityparking.com for additional parking options. You can also ride RTA to the Film Festival.
