A few reminders

With so much going on in the Festival, it can get easy to forget something you meant to do until it's too late. So here are a few things you should definitely make time to do:

Have you signed up for the bone marrow registry?
If you've seen More to Live For or watched our Buzz, you probably already know how important this is. The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Be The Match, the Match Box, and LoveHopeStrength have teamed up to run a registry this weekend in Tower City. Their headquarters are located on the second floor concourse of Tower City Center, by Bath & Body Works. Stop in, fill out a form, get your cheek swabbed (a procedure that's easier than brushing your teeth!) and you, too, could save a life. If you match up with one of the thousands of people waiting for a bone marrow transplant, you could personally cure their illness and let them get back to living life to the fullest. The registry is open until 6 pm today and will be open again from noon to 9 PM tomorrow. Make sure to stop by!

Have you downloaded our trailer song?
No? Well here's another chance to do so. We have three different "covers" for it, depending on which one you identify with most:

if you're a Hero;
if you're a Rebel;
if you're a Lover!

It's the same song no matter which download you pick, but we're keeping a tally of which covers are downloaded and will announce which one is the most popular on closing night. So pick your version and put it on your phone, your iPod, or your computer, and be part of the story. Want the lyrics? You can read them here.

Try your hand as a Movie Reviewer!
Yesterday I told you about how we have a new feature on the site, which lets you rate and review the films on our schedule. So far we've gotten a few reviews, but more of you need to give it a try. It's fun!

Remember how Stand By works
Stand-By 101 will walk you through the rules of our Stand-By lines, so that you can have the best possible chance of seeing that movie you just didn't buy tickets soon enough for.

Remember to give yourself lots of time for traffic, parking, and other event crowds
I talked about that earlier today, and now that we're approaching the evening hours it's important to keep it in mind. Soon the Moondog Coronation Ball will be underway, so take that into account as you plan your departure time if you're not down here already.

That should do it, I think, at least for now. We've got so much happening this weekend! I'll let you know about more events and ideas soon!
