You know, as a film student, coming to the Festival is an absolute dream. I'm in the process of learning to use a lot of the equipment that our filmmakers use, and learning how to navigate a lot of the tricky waters they swim in, and the opportunity to get their insights on such things is incredible. And I'm not the only film student involved in the Festival!
This week I've been working with a fantastic crew of students just like me from the local colleges. You've seen some of them in our videos, and on our guest blogger account, and you'll probably meet a few more over the course of the weekend. We've had some amazing people, including a bunch of guys from Tri-C that I've come to totally adore.
Some of their classmates have been working on another project for their school, called "Find Your Creative," and they've been roving the Festival, too. They put up two awesome videos, on their YouTube account, that I just spotted and want to share with everybody. So check them out!
Edit: For some reason, I'm having major technical difficulties with the second YouTube clip, but you can find it, and watch it, by clicking on their YouTube page.
