Danny Greene makes CIFF attendance records EXPLODE!
I am in AWE.
If you were down in the walkway, or the food court, a little before 7:00, you're probably in awe, too. You might have even been in the lines that were leaving me speechless!
For our final showing of Danny Greene, more than 750 of you lined up to see the film, necessitating some last-minute reshuffling of theaters to accommodate everybody. The Stand-By line alone had almost 200 people in it and stretched all the way down to, and halfway through, the food court!
For the first time ever, we had a Triple Interlock -- one film screening simultaneously in three theaters! And that's definitely a record for the highest single-screening attendance.
And this is just our first weekend! I'm so excited to see how the rest of the week goes! It's going to be amazing!
