Have you noticed some cool, bubbly people in hospital scrubs wandering around, handing out buttons? If not, you should really look for them.
First, because those buttons are awesome and you need one. They'll ask what you're dying to do, and put it on a button for you! Get your life's goal -- or your most urgent need of the moment (within reason!) -- immortalized on a button so you can let the whole world know about it.
Second, because these are some amazing people! They're cast and crew from the important documentary Dying to Do Letterman, which got a great review and an A in the Plain Dealer today, and which plays on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Get a chance to talk to them in person and, if you're not going to any of our amazing evening shows tonight, you might want to consider a trip to Hilarities, because Steve Mazan will be doing a short stand-up piece there tonight. He'll also be there again tomorrow night! Set your DVRs and VCRs to record WKYC tomorrow night at 7:00 pm, too, because they'll be on there to talk about the film!
Dying to Do Letterman is part of the Lights! Camera! Action Steps! series on Confronting Cancer. While most of the information on the flyer relates specifically to leukemia, it still has tons of important information that you can use.
So if you've got a moment between your films, look for people in blue hospital scrubs and get yourself a button about your life ambitions! You'll meet some extraordinary people in the process.
