I just got a wonderful story from John Farina at the Solutions Desk.
A man approached him earlier today and said that he'd lost his wallet somewhere in Tower City. He wanted to know where he should go to see if it had been found and turned in. As the Solutions Desk staff directed him to the Tower City Customer Service desk, he took a ticket out of his pocket and glanced at it. His film was about to start, and he wasn't sure he could go there and make it back in time. After the slightest hesitation, he went into his theater without his wallet.
Now that's dedication to film!
Fortunately, he stopped by the desk later to report that his wallet was, indeed, waiting for him at the Customer Service desk, so he got a happy ending there, too. We're all very glad of that!
