It's already shaping up to be an awesome -- and crazy-busy -- weekend in Tower City and on the campus of Cleveland State University!
This weekend we have a wonderful series of interactive panels going on at the CSU campus. If you want to meet many of our filmmakers and ask them questions about their work, this is a wonderful opportunity. Today has three panels: "Let's Get Started" at 11:30, covering pre-production issues in filmmaking, "Let's Do it" at 1:30, covering the production process, and "Let's Show 'em What We've Got" at 3:30, covering the exhibition and marketing of films once they're completed.
These panels are taking place in the Music and Communication building of CSU on 2001 Euclid Avenue (at the corner of 21st and Euclid), in room MU107. If your films of choice don't actually start playing until this evening, you should really get over there and see these panels.
I'm actually about to graduate from CSU's film program this May, and I've had a wonderful time in it. Hey, it led me here, to this cool job and all of the wonderful experiences that I get to have every year at the Festival.
More very soon about our noon round!
