Well, the noon round has now gone in and all of the films have started, but if you weren't able to get down here to see our two Lights, Camera, Action Steps entries in the round, you can still learn useful things about the films and support their causes.
9000 Needles, which is having a riveting Film Forum at the end of its screening, is a very timely look at the issues of American medical care, insurance, and where people are turning for alternatives. If you couldn't come to the forum, this brochure from our LCAS staff can give you some useful tips.
We've also started screening Ingredients, a film all about the local foods movement. We have a tie-in brochure for the film as well. This was his last show, but if you're interested in the issue and their message, they're letting people pre-order the DVD on their website.
Back soon with notes about the 2pm round!
