Where's Your Stuff?

It's the stuff of nightmares: you've just spent your whole day downtown, hitting theaters and restaurants, window-shopping and maybe even making a few purchases... and when you get home, your wallet is missing. Or maybe it's your cell phone. Or your coat. Or your whole purse. And you have no idea which of those stops you might have been at when you misplaced it.

Hopefully nothing of the kind will happen to you while you're at the Festival, but if it does, here are a few tips so that you can be reunited with your possessions as fast as possible.

If you lost it in the Tower City Cinema, our Lost and Found is located at the concession stand to the left of the box office. I have to say that our Festival patrons are some of the most thoughtful people I've ever met, so if you leave something in one of the theaters, someone will turn it in there as soon as they find it. And if you find something, that's where you can take it, too.

If you lost it up in the Hospitality Headquarters, speak to Blake, our wonderful doorman. He's in charge of reuniting lost items with their owners there, and has been doing a wonderful job. You've probably talked to him already if you spend time in the HQ, because he's one of the friendliest people I know.

If you were out in the rest of Tower City when you misplaced something, stop by the Guest Services desk located on Concourse Level 1, between the elevator and Station Court.

If it doesn't appear right away, keep checking back. We'll make every effort to reunite you with your missing possessions so your story has a happy ending.
