Project 5: When I Hear Music tells the powerful story of a 1980s Cleveland break dancing group and how hip-hop and break dancing united the youth from different backgrounds. Featured in the film is the group's founder Matt Zone, now a councilman in Cleveland. The documentary includes archival footage from the 1980s as well as footage from a 2012 reunion performance.
