I purchased a streaming ticket for the Halfway Shorts Programs; how do I stream the shorts program?

  • If you purchased streaming tickets for the Halfway Shorts Programs prior to 11:00 AM ET on October 6, 2020 (24 hours before the viewing window opens), you will receive an emailed order confirmation within minutes of purchase. Twenty-four hours before the viewing window opens at 11:00 AM ET on October 7, 2020, you will receive your streaming access email containing your streaming access ticket code (for streaming films on Roku or Apple TV) and a streaming access link (for streaming the film on all other devices). Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you are unable to locate the emails.
  • If you purchased streaming tickets for the Halfway Shorts Programs between 11:00 AM ET on October 6, 2020 and 9:00 PM ET on October 10, 2020, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your streaming access ticket code (for streaming films on Roku or Apple TV) and a streaming access link (for streaming the film on all other devices). Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you are unable to locate the email(s).

Please note: Streaming tickets can only be redeemed once and the entire shorts program must be viewed in full within 24 hours of redemption. A stream is considered redeemed once you click the "Play" button on the film you are streaming. Do not click play until you are ready to stream the shorts program.
