As a passholder, how do I log into the CIFF Streams platform?
Once you have activated your CIFF Streams passholder account by clicking on either the "CIFF STREAMS LOGIN" link from your Streaming Access email/Membership Order confirmation email (for passholder members) or the "Join" link from the On Demand Invite" email (for non-member passholders) and creating a password for your account, you can login directly to the CIFF Streams Platform. When logging in to the CIFF Streams platform, make sure your email address is in all lowercase letters.
Member Passholders Please Note: Your member login for the CIFF website is different than your passholder login for the CIFF Streams platform. While you may have chosen the same email and password for both accounts, logging into your membership account on the CIFF website does not log you into your passholder account on the CIFF Streams platform or vice versa. Furthermore, resetting your password on the CIFF website will not reset your password for the CIFF Streams platform and vice versa. The login credentials for each account are not connected.

ANNOUNCEMENT: We have recently been notified that the closed captioning feature is not working on the Roku and Apple TV apps. Any film that has English subtitles (foreign language films) will still be able to be viewed with subtitles on the apps. However, any film marked as having closed captioning on the CIFF site will have to be viewed on a browser-based device (computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) in order for the closed captioning to work. We apologize for any inconvenience and will keep everyone updated. Thank you!
