Unused tickets and vouchers cannot be applied to a Challenge Match donation.
I won vouchers. When will they be sent to me?
Vouchers and a CIFF42 Program Guide will be mailed out to winners mid-March 2018.
How much are vouchers?
Vouchers are no longer available for purchase. Vouchers can only be obtained through CIFF membership benefits at certain levels, CIFF donations, CIFF sponsorships, or CIFF community partnerships.
What is the difference between a voucher and a ticket?
A ticket is for a specific film with a specific screening time and date. A voucher, which comes in paper or virtual form, is non-specific and therefore, will not admit you to a film. Paper vouchers are to be exchanged over the phone or in-person for tickets to specific screenings. Virtual Voucher Credits can be exchanged online, over the phone, or in-person at the CIFF Box Office. Exchange as early as possible to avoid Stand By or sellouts!
