FAQs Tickets, Vouchers, and Day Passes

When and where can I purchase tickets and passes?

CIFF44 Tickets Sales:

For CIFF members: March 6, 2020 at 11:00 AM

For general public: March 13, 2020 at 11:00 AM

CIFF43 Opening Night Tickets and Day Passes:

Opening Night tickets and Day Passes go on sale in November and are available for purchase through the durations of the Festival.

CIFF43 tickets, memberships, gift certificates, and Day Passes can be purchased:

  • Through our website,
  • Over the phone (877.304.3456)
  • Via the mail (2510 Market Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113)
  • In-person at the Film Festival Box Office, located in the lobby of Tower City Cinemas.


Film Festival Box Office Hours:

Pre-Fesitval: March 8-27, 2019:

Monday-Saturday, 11:00 AM-7:00 PM

Sunday 12 Noon-5:00 PM


During CIFF43 (March 28, 2019-April 6, 2019):

Sunday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-10:00 PM

Friday-Saturday, 8:30 AM-12 Midinight.

Sunday April 8, 2019: 8:30 AM-7:30 PM

CIFF43 Tickets are available for purchase until 12 Midnight on the day before the screening. Day-of-show tickets are only available for purchase in-person at the Film Festival Box Office in Tower City Cinemas.or via phone (877.304.3456).

CIFF Memberships and gift certificates can be purchased anytime, year-round on our website or by calling 216.623.3456. CIFF43 Opening Night Tickets, CIFF43 Day Passes, and CIFF43 tickets are only on sale during a specific time frame.

Join us ‪on Wednesday, March 25th‬ @playhousesquare for our Opening Night Film MILITARY WIVES, and ‪on Sunday, April 5th‬ for our Closing Night Film DREAM HORSE! Tickets for Opening Night are now on sale at clevelandfilm.org, with all other tickets going on sale ‪Friday, March 6th‬ for members, ‪Friday, March 13th‬ for non-members.
