I did not receive the CIFF46 tickets I ordered. What should I do?

New this year, paper CIFF46 tickets will no longer be issued. Instead, tickets to in-person screenings during CIFF46@ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022) will be delivered electronically as QR codeded, printable PDF tickets enclosed in emailed Ticket Order Confirmations. Please check your spam and junk folders for your emailed CIFF46 Order Confirmation(s). If you are still unable to loacted your CIFF Ticket Order Confirmation email(s) or your Ticket Order Confirmation email is missing the links to your PDF tickets, please contact the CIFF Box Office. Pre-festival, from March 11-27, 2022, the CIFF Box Office will be open daily for phone and online orders and inquiries from 10:00 AM ET-6:00 PM ET. Click here for CIFF Box Office hours of operation leading up to and during CIFF46 @ PSQ.

Tickets to online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022) will also be delivered electronically, in the form of an emailed Streaming Access Notification(s) (if purchased BEFORE 11:00 AM ET on April 9, 2022), or as Streaming Access links and codes enclosed in either emailed Ticket Order Confirmation(s) (if purchased AFTER 11:00 AM ET on April 9, 2022).

It is with a heavy heart that we pass along the news of the death of Academy Award winning documentarian and CIFF Alum Julia Reichert. Julia was a prolific storyteller, activist, and champion of the working class. Along with her partner Steve Bognar, her impressive career spanned over 50 years, and included audience favorites 9to5: The Story of a Movement (CIFF44), American Factory (CIFF43), The Last Truck: Closing of a GM Plant (CIFF34), and A Lion in the House (CIFF30), among others. She will be profoundly missed.
