Get to Know the Theaters

Playhouse Square

Located at 1501 Euclid Avenue, this campus is surrounded by restaurants and festival energy. Parking is available downtown at numerous garages, surface lots, and at street meters.

Cedar Lee Theatre

CIFF50 is returning to the historic Cedar Lee Theater where the Festival all began! Located at 2163 Lee Road in Cleveland Heights, this venue is renowned for independent films. Parking is available in the Cedar Lee District, at municipal lots and in the Cedar Lee Parking Deck behind the theater.

CSU Film & Media Arts

Select CIFF 50 screenings also take place at CSU’s School of Film & Media Arts in the Idea Center Building (1375 Euclid Ave., Suite 600).

Make Your Voice Heard

The Cleveland International Film Festival offers several awards to film makers. Many of them are selected by our juries, but audiences get their say, too! You'll be asked to vote for your favorites in several categories as you exit screenings.
