BULLSHOT

BULLSHOT is written and performed by the Low Moan Spectacular comedy troupe, whose version of the play was a long-running hit. They also created the internationally successful "El Grande de Coca Cola." A whimsical parody of the 20s British Bulldog Drummond series, BULLSHOT's nutty characters feature the Dudley-Do-Right-ish Bullshot Crummond; his dastardly enemy, Count von Bruno; Rosemary, a lisping damsel in distress and the lecherous Lenya von Bruno. Recalling old movie serials, our hero's derring-do includes leaping onto a plane mid-air, tangling with a tarantula and a giant octopus named Myra and rescuing a mad scientist and his secret formula for the sake of the Empire. Dick Clement's breezy direction spins this adventure-farce at 1000 RPM.
