Altynka is a baby camel who, according to young Bayir’s late grandfather, will bring his family good luck because he was born under a camel-shaped cloud. Even with this good omen, times get tough and Bayir’s father has to make the difficult choice of whether or not to sell the camel. A man from the movie industry comes to the country, searching for a camel for his latest film. He offers Bayir’s dad a generous amount, which he hesitantly accepts. The decision saddens his family and enrages the camel’s mother, Mara, who escapes to go find him. With his parents away, and his siblings too young to venture out, Bayir makes the journey to track down the camels. This epic adventure tests his limits and transitions him from boy to man. Along the way, he meets a variety of characters—mean people who wish to derail him and kindhearted souls who will prove their friendship with incredible loyalty. When all hope seems lost, Bayir has to place his faith in those around him. CELESTIAL CAMEL is an action-packed thrillride that will excite and warm the hearts of both kids and adults.
