Flint Is a Place is a cross-platform episodic documentary project about Flint, Michigan that explores a specific moment within this American city in an intimate, character driven way.
The water crisis is the biggest man-made disaster to hit Flint since the departure of General Motors. For a city that has been beat up the way Flint has, this one is going to cut deep. This interactive episode taps into the psychological effects that the crisis has had on the citizens. The people in Flint just don’t trust anything anymore. The police. The education system. The government. And now they can’t trust the tap water.
