Film Overview

July 1, 2019, four former unaccompanied child refugees, aged 83-91, arrive in Vienna, Austria to start a trip retracing the journey they took 80 years ago, alone, leaving parents, homes, everything they knew, fleeing to save their lives. These four were among the nearly 10,000 children, mostly Jewish, toddlers to teenagers, sent to the United Kingdom in the months before World War II via what is now known as the Kindertransport Rescue Movement. Today, in the midst of refugee crises and wars, now more than ever, we need to hear their stories.
