Stuff just seems to happen to Anna, an internationally published poet in Reykjavik, Iceland, who finds it hard to create a living and support her family on words alone. So she's taken to selling marijuana on the side. This lucrative business has found her a colorful clientele. And they have become an extended family, making her home their home as well. Everyone's welcome, even if Anna isn't there. After all, she's coming BACK SOON. But now Anna's fed up with the cold, and she's determined to leave Iceland forever and travel the world with her sons. All she needs to do is complete one last deal: sell her cell phone that has the numbers of all her drug contacts — for about a million dollars. That's not as easy as it first appears in this contemporary road movie where every move Anna makes – and everyone she meets on her unplanned journey – results in situations seemingly out of her control.
