Ballad of Dog Beach

In the 1960s, a revolutionary who has just escaped from prison is found brutally murdered on the Pria dos Caes (Dog Beach). Inspector Elias believes the murder might have been political. As investigations proceed, the Inspector discovers that there was a violent amouous relationship between the fugitives and Mena, a mysterious and beautiful young woman. Inspector Elias becomes obsessed with Mena, and is not quite sure whether she has taken part in the event being investigated, or whether it is all a figment of his imagination.
