Chief, Your Butt’s on Fire

This is a cautionary tale about leadership. It was inspired by my own experiences working for large animation studios in Hollywood. I animated this film entirely myself, the old fashioned way, pencil and paper, in my spare time. This took years. My wife scanned and digitally painted my drawings in her spare time.
