Claudio, an immigrant from Mexico who moved to the U.S. in his fifties, lives an unconventional life in Pacoima, playing his violin on the streets and collecting donations from those who stop to listen. Living in a van with only meager possessions, Claudio’s minimalist lifestyle may seem at odds with society’s expectations, but it is a deliberate choice. He challenges the traditional ideals of the American dream, pursuing a version of success that values purpose over material wealth.
