Countdown

Sandor is a lucky man with a loving wife, a stable job, and ambition. His ambition leads him to buy an agricultural cooperative truck and operate as a private hauler. He soon finds, however, that to succeed in a business takes more than hard work and determination: a private hauler has to fight to get contracts, sometimes by dishonest means. This realization is followed by the loss of Sandor's health, which prevents him from working. Now his wife must carry on this struggle for a good life, a task which becomes increasingly difficult.
