Film Overview

Not in the same ?rotten? league as John Waters, but rude, crude and heavy with quips, EATING OUT is a goofy sex comedy leaning mostly gay, with a little hetero angst thrown in for balance. In the opening scene, voluptuous Tiffany tries to enact one of her fantasies as she has her boyfriend Caleb come to the door as a phone repairman. But Caleb, a too-nice guy, can?t quite get dirty and mean enough for Tiffany, and is fired mid-fantasy. Caleb and his gay roommate Kyle hatch a scheme to get both of them laid: Caleb pretends to be gay to attract the bitchy, beautiful Gwen, who is only attracted to gay men and lives with very hot and very gay Marc. Kyle has a long, unrequited thing for Marc, but Marc is only interested in new out-of-the-closet Caleb. A lot of manipulation ensues including an excellent scene where Gwen gives phone sex to Caleb while Marc simultaneously satisfies him. Will everyone get the right girl in the end? Leave your brain at the door, and be ready for the in-jokes.
