Lamb

At a remote home for juveniles, a young Christian Brother, Michael Lamb, is made responsible for the welfare of young Owen Kane. The repressive environmnet of the home results in increasing isolation for the boy, and mistrust and a question of faith on Michael's part. In what he belives to be the best move, Michael takes Owne to London, for a new and happier life. But the reputation of the home and the power of the Church are greater than Michael's opinions, regardless of their accuracy. Their adventurous new life comes to a harrowing end when the world views their escape as a scandalous kidnapping. Certain to be one of the most talked about films in the Festival.
