Mañana

Marco and his best friend Mattias, both 22-years-old, have conflicting predicaments. Marco-a caretaker who, in his words, “chills out” with the elderly-feels like he'll never grow up; he still shares a bunk bed with his chubby adolescent brother. On the other hand, Mattias-a parking warden, or “meter maid”-feels like he's growing up too fast: Petra, his girlfriend of six years, has their future so set in stone that she even has planned when they will make love. But Marco isn't too worried. He lives his life by one motto: “Don't rush things, take it easy.” In other words, “Mañana, mañana…” When the nursing home hires a new manager, Eva, a thirty-something blonde with a troubled past, Marco has his first chance to take a step towards adulthood. Meanwhile, Mattias desperately seeks advice from Marco's coworker on how to end his relationship with Petra. But neither knows what “mañana” will bring.
