On the streets below, brothers Joshua and Daniel struggle to meet the demands of Daniel’s training schedule as a runner, while also selling drugs to Joshua’s clients. But in their neighborhood, a new, younger order of peddlers begins to rise, bringing new synthetic drugs and governing principles that force the brothers and their generation to adapt. Meanwhile, their childhood friend Christophe returns from prison, searching for the person who turned his fate.
