Film Overview

Original Title: Trece gatos
English Title: Thirteen cats

Every time Laura (in her mid-30s) faces a conflict, she evades it by adopting a cat, and she already has thirteen. One day, she leaves her house on her way to the animal shelter to adopt a new one, but a sudden moment of clarity leads her to end up in the office of a psychologist, Ana (in her mid-60s), hoping she can help her avoid it. Ana will force her to embark on a journey through her memories, during which we will discover what happens when a person with abusive behaviors crosses paths with someone with evasive behaviors. Whatever happens, this is a story with a happy ending, as it will either conclude with someone who has learned to face their problems or with a new kitten who has been adopted.
