Film Overview
In this delightful fantasy-adventure, a streetwise 12-yearold, Tommy Tricker, is in a struggle to win control of the school stamp-collecting club. After a private stamp swap, Ralph receives a ratty old stamp album. In a fantastic turn of events, the 1928 album has a letter and magical rhymes that, when chanted, transform the sender to miniature size and will initiate them to the secrets of stamp travelling around the world. When Ralph and Tommy learn the trick, they find themselves involved in an extraordinary chase to reach a rare hidden collection.
