Tracks in the Snow

TRACKS IN THE SNOW is an imaginative and captivating Cain and Able fable about Hein van Oyen, a successful businessman, and his younger brother Simon, a down-and-out cabaret artist. Hein has cheated Simon out of his rightful share of family property, and has convinced him that his homosexuality has led to his disinheritance. When his father sends for them as his death approaches, Simon hopes for a reconciliation, but arrives too late to speak with him. Although Hein attempts to perpetuate Simon's false belief that his father meant to disinherit him, the brothers' long journey to bury their father in a remote village reveals their true nature and their father's true intentions.
