Centered on the discussions that took place during the Bridging and Bonding: Women Social Trust Retreat in April 2022 in Cleveland, the film follows psychologists Deborah L. Plummer, Ph.D. and Lori Stevic Rust, Ph.D. as they lead a group of women through open and vulnerable conversations around racial identity and equity.
