Vera

VERA is the story of the ultimate outcast. Brought up in a girl's ophanage that repressed all forms of emotion and personal expression, Vera developed a dominating and masculine personality in an effort to gain control of her situation. Now, upon leaving the orphanage, her behavior has become more extreme as she struggles to find her place in an increasingly complicated and hostile world. By alienating her friends and co-workers, she has become an outcast herself. Lonely and isolated, Vera is confronted by a dilemma: she is a man trapped in the body of a woman.
