Welcome to Farewell-Gutmann

The Human Resources Department of the pharmaceutical company Farewell-Gutmann has lost its director, Mr. Ruiz. However, his underlings Lazaro, Fernando, and Adela – don't wait long before vying for his job. The department is infested with corporate greed and dishonesty – during candidate interviews, sexual harassment and intimidation are the norm. Fernando and Lazaro struggle with alcoholism and infidelity, while Adela strives to be taken seriously in the male-dominated world of business. Yet everything changes when Luger, an executive from the head office of the firm, arrives to select Ruiz's replacement. Desperate for success, Lazaro, Fernando, and Adela ingratiate themselves with Luger in order to get the job. What lengths will they go to in order to win a promotion? Once they are pitted against one another, what mayhem will ensue?
