Writing for Timothée

This proof-of-concept short film gives a glimpse into the world of film student Sidney Knight, a relentlessly focused screenwriter who is poised to be the breakout star of her 2017 NYU graduating class. But Sidney is hiding a big secret: she’s also the world’s most famous fan fiction writer…for (at that time) up-and-coming actor, Timothée Chalamet. At a rooftop party, we meet Sidney, her cousin Kit, and romantic interest Parker – who unbeknownst to Sidney sets her carefully curated identity on a collision course with reality. Will her romantic childhood fantasies ruin her serious professional ambitions? Or in true rom-com fashion, will love help it all work out in the end?
