After the sudden loss of her father, a respected Houston minister, to COVID-19, opera soprano Michelle “Missy” Johnson is left with unresolved grief and an unfinished relationship. When she discovers a poem her father wrote years earlier, Missy joins longtime musical friends to transform the text into an orchestral work—a symbolic final conversation shaped through sound.
